The following Villa Rental Terms & Conditions for the basis of your contract with Villa Bonita. Therefore please ensure you read this information carefully. Bookings Provisional bookings will be accepted by e-mail or telephone. All bookings are subject to receipt of 25% deposit and the completed Booking Form. This will outline total renting fees along with the breakdown of deposit and final payment. The rental cost will be quoted to you in Euros. Accommodation will not be fully reserved until the deposit has been received. Once we have received your deposit and the booking form, the reservation is then secured and we will forward you a receipt. Final Payment is required eight weeks prior to your holiday date. We will remind you of your due payment nine weeks prior to your holiday date, however if you fail to pay the balance by the due date, it may result in your booking being null and void and the loss of any payments received. Payment Payments should be made direct to our bank account, details of which are provided on the booking form Accommodation The accomodation is for the villa described in this web site and Holiday Rentals only. Villa Bonita, Catalunya. Changes to your booking Any change to the booking details after receipt of confirmation is subject to availability. Arrival and Departure We will provide you with detailed directions to the local meeting point, please call us when you have arrived and we will meet you and escort you to your villa. Guests have access to their villa from 4pm on the day of arrival and are requested to vacate their villa by 10am on the day of departure. These timings allow us to ensure that our villas are maintained to a high standard. Client Feedback/Complaints We will endeavour to do our best to rectify any problem with the villa as quickly as possible. Very often what might seem to be a serious problem, can be resolved relatively easily once we are aware of the situation. No liability can be accepted if you do not notify us and we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem. Children Children are very welcome at Villa Bonita. We have tried to ensure that the grounds are as child friendly as possible, however all parents must be responsible for their children at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur whilst on our premises. Cots and High Chairs We can arrange the hire of both cots and high chairs if necessary, but at the cost of the client, payable locally. Please contact us for more details.
While on holiday, all clients must behave with propriety and not cause damage to the property you are renting or damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other clients or their property. If you do not comply with these stated responsibilities, you will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacements. In order to cover such costs, a breakages/damages deposit of £350 is paid with the final payment. If upon checking out, and after completion of the inventory, nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken, the security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure. We reserve the right to replace or repair any breakage at the guests' expense and to deduct the costs from the security deposit accordingly. Breakage, loss or damage may postpone the security deposit's refund until after the repairs/replacement has been done. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover repair/replacement costs, guests agree to pay any additional costs by returning the booking form. Guests understand that the villa is not a hotel and must ensure a satisfactory state of cleanliness upon departure. If the barbeque, log fire or cooker oven is used, it must be left as clean as when you arrived. Otherwise a deep cleaning charge of €40 per item may be charged from your breakages deposit. Number of persons The number of persons staying in the villa must not exceed the number declared in the booking form. Any number of persons exceeding this will be asked to leave immediately and the security deposit will automatically be forfeited. Liability We the owners, cannot, under any circumstance, be held responsible by you and your party, for any and all personal injuries, damages to the villa during rental, or theft arising out of or connected in any way to your rental of our property.The renting contact is responsible for any degradation on the property and its contents by own fault or by a member of the group or by one of their guests. Cancellation In case of cancellation more than three months before starting date the deposit will be fully returned, less an administration fee of €100. Between three and two months before starting date the deposit will be returned less 25%. For cancellation less than two months from starting date there will be no refund of deposit. Insurance Cancellation Insurance is the guests' personal responsibility and is strongly advised. If you have holiday curtailment insurance, you can make a confirmed booking for a rental property while being assured of recovering your payments if unable to travel (please consult insurers for more details). We strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking to compensate you in the event that you must cancel and forfeit funds. Guests cannot hold us responsible for any injuries caused by his or someone else's negligence, with an object, furniture or appliance belonging to himself or to the villa under renting contract. Pets Policy Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed in writing. Pets must be kept under control at all times and must be kept on a lead once off the premises. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any area inside the villa. However there are numerous terraces outside, where smoking is permitted. |
